§ 9-36. Definitions.

The following words, terms, phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Manufactured homes means any structure defined as a manufactured home under the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), code 119.1 or under the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974, 42 U.S.C. Section 5401, et seq.

Wind zones means those areas of the state which are established by the Federal Manufactured Homes Construction and Safety Standards as promulgated by the department of housing and urban development and categorized as wind zone I, wind zone II and wind zone III in those standards.
