§ 6-10. Violations; penalties.

Unless otherwise provided for by law, it shall be a class 3 misdemeanor for any person or entity to disobey or violate any proclamation issued under this chapter, or to obstruct, hinder, or delay any member of the emergency management organization in the enforcement of a proclamation or this chapter.
